Can't receive or send messages. Not an ISP, Virus, spyware, etc. problem.
Have been told that an outgoing message has "jammed" - but no message shows
in the outbox. Have tried Microsoft support, but put on hold for too long a
time, and also was disconnected. Is it a problem to uninstall and re install
OE 6.0. Thanks
