Default With Microsoft FAX Nearly One Minute Delay between Using Print
OS is Win 98 SE.

I tried running detect and repair and fixmapi. That made no
difference.

I also went in and made Outlook 2000 my default mail program at control
panel, internet options, programs. That made no difference.
