Default Outlook reinstallation?

Review the info in this KB article for some possible help:

Err Msg: Address Book Failed to Load, Outlook Express Is...:

If that does not do the trick, then post with the "complete and exact" text
of any error messages you may be receving. Portions of error messages that
are not complete and exact are not really helpful.

Greetings,
I've never installed 911567, I've never got far enough to get any
updates.
It is not listed in my progarm install or remove. I have backed up my
Express
folders and removed most of the messages (during the many times Outlook
tried
to update it had duplicated all my stored emails till I had over 10,000,
now
under a 1,000) and I am getting a new error message that says I don't have
enough memory, I've 512 megs of memory. Where do I go from here? Being
that I
have SP2 do I remove that per 318378 & 875350? I am getting real gun shy
of
Outlook Express. Is there a CD that can be gotten from MS that has the
latest
vesion on IE & OE?

I have XP with RSP2 and am having all kinds of errors from Outlook
Express.
1
error message reads "The address book failed to load. Outlook is
incorrectly
configured. Please reinstall" 2nd error message reads "There was an error
opening this message. An error has occurred" (that happens if you try to
open
a message or to compose a new message.
