Default How To Open DBX file?

See the info in the last paragraph on this web page for a quick and easy way
to "insert" a single DBX file into Outlook Express. For info, DBX file are
only readable by Outlook Express, unless you wish to purchase a extractor
that will remove the messages as EML files. (which again, will open
natively in Outlook Express)

I need to "retrieve" some old email messages from a DBX file, but don't
know how to accomplish this. Can someone give me a step-by-step so I will
be able to read these messages? Thank you in advance...much appreciated.
