I have the same problem. I typed in dozens of recurring events for
my team and when they started to view the calendars, I noticed the 1
day events would span two days. I adjusted my time zone but that

some of the items are spanning extra days for me which weren't before.

How can I fix this?

The best you can do, I believe, is to export all your events as a CSV file,
delete them from the calendar, use Excel to correct the times, and import
them again.

An all "day" event shouldn't be subject to alterations because of
time zone or DST settings because it is an all day - by calendar day
- event.

"Shouldn't be" is great, but the reality remains that's not the way it
works.
