Outlook reinstallation?

I have XP with RSP2 and am having all kinds of errors from Outlook Express.

error message reads "The address book failed to load. Outlook is
incorrectly
configured. Please reinstall" 2nd error message reads "There was an error
opening this message. An error has occurred" (that happens if you try to
open
a message or to compose a new message.
