From one agency, the link is words, such as below. These are in blue,
underlined as usual for hyperlinks, and when I have my mouse over

If I copy the Text above (the "Transport Consultant...") and paste
into word, it appears as a hyperlink, and the hyperlink works -
clicking it opens Firefox, and takes me to the site.
