Default Receiving mail no prob, Won't send?? was working fine till now...

there is the missing info, you are not at Your ISP,,
most likely cause is the ISP at the hotel(s) blocks access to SMTP servers
other than its own. many do (Most do) so smtp.sbcyahoo.com wont work. ditto
with the pop server at the other hotel, they blocked both. The hotel policy
might be to allow you to get mail only, I dunno, check with the hotel what
the settings should be, it may be as simple as changing SMTP.yahoo.com to
smtp.theirISP.com for the duration of the stay,
or use the webmail interface for the yahoo account to send

I just wantded to add to this post that my virus program is already

disabled
from my emailing program. I've already read the other posts and they

aren't
helping me solve this problem unless there's something I've missed in

them.
None of this is making any sense to me, because it was working just fine

and
I haven't changed a single setting. I'm just on a different wireless

network
in a different hotel, but it's allowing me to receive mail just fine. I
simply can't send any.... obviously quite frustrating. Please help if you
can. Thank you. The error I received is cut and pasted in my original

post
here.

I'm getting this error... The connection to the server has failed.

Account:
'pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com', Server: 'smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com', Protocol:
SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number:

Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.
