Try renaming your mail folders with names that do not include the default
mail folder names. For example, instead of "Inbox 2" try something like "AJS
Mail".

I followed the highly recommended advice of several posts to create custom
folders and store my mail in those folders rather than using the default
folders such as "Inbox", "Send Items" etc.
I did that, but encountered one problem with that: I created a new folder
named "Send Items 2" and "Inbox 2". When I look at the "Send Items 2"
folder
the column shows "From" instead of "To". However, when I change the column
to "To" all the other folders apply these changes and the "Inbox 2" folder
will have a "To" column instead of a "From" column.
How can I change the columns in each folder individually without changing
all the other folders where the changes do not apply?
