My business sells my different brands of products. Thus we have many types

way to create a program where a form or dialog boxes open up and ask
questions and based upon the answer of those questions a form letter is
chosen and information inserted into that letter? Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.

Sue has just left for a speaking trip to a conference in Europe.

It sounds like your project could be easier to do in Excel. The coding and
macros would be essentially the same. Do you have a specific reason for
asking in an Outlook newsgroup?

If you really have no coding/programming/macro skills, shouldn't you be hiring
a local consultant to do this for you?
