Why does "no information" show in calendar?
Have you tried starting their Outlook session with the /cleanfreebusy
switch?

|||| In Outlook 2003, I have delegate acess to several calendars. When
|||| I tried to schedule a meeting (as I've done many times in the
|||| past) one person's free/busy time shows as "No Information". His
|||| time shows free when I view his calendar, but when I schedule the
|||| meeting, the meeting window shows "no information". A few hours
|||| after scheduling the meeting, his time showed as busy as a result
|||| of the meeting. Why did it show "no information" when it never
|||| did in the past?
