Default Moving the contents of my Contacts folder

Actually you should never use export and import unless you particularly want
to lose some of your data.
Just copy the PST file and open it in the other installation.
Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer:

When moving the contents of my Contacts folder from one PC to annother, I
should export my contacts to a Personal Folders file (.pst) by using the
Import and Export Wizard in Outlook. But what can I do if I forgat to do
this
and just made a XCOPY of the complete disk (and then FORMAT) ? I suppose
the
contacts are hidden somewhere in one of the Outlook files ?
