After furious head scratching, Needing Contact asked:

| I have just purchased the new TMobile MDA phone and upgraded to the
| ActiveSync 4.1 using Outlook 2003 SP2. Trying to sync my Outlook
| profile and am unable to get any of my calendar, notes or contacts to
| sync up at all.
