Do you still have a file with a .ost extension (enable searching hidden
files/folders) If yes, Open it in Outlook (File-Open-Outlook Data File.
If you can open it, copy the items to a .pst file.

After furious head scratching, Fred Bloggs asked:

| When I left my old company I was able to keep my laptop. All my work

| settings and my inbox and sent items containing all my work related
