Default Retrieving a deleted email account - exchange emails on laptop

your best bet is using system restore to recover the account - otherwise,
you won't be able to open the ost.

When I left my old company I was able to keep my laptop. All my work
emails
were on my laptop and I could access them, even though I could no longer
connect to the company's exchange server.

I accidentally deleted my old company's server in my Outlook account
settings and my inbox and sent items containing all my work related
correspondance disappeared from Outlook. Is this data lost will it be
somewhere on my hard drive? If so, how do I access it? Unfortunately, I
did
not create a backup of my company emails.
