Default Team calendars

Nope. MS made Group Schedule quite inflexible. There are many add-ins.
www.sliptick.com then click add-ins.

Hello Judy:

Thank you for the info.

Is there a way to view the Group Schedules like my calendar's view?
Meaning having the choices for 1 day, 5 days, 7 days, one month, and the
times go from top to bottom? This was the way the Team Calendar was
displayed in OL 2000.

Thank you for your help.

Mark

The function is called Group Schedules. It's a tiny button in the
toolbar to the left of the Today button.

Set up as many groups as you like and see them in 2 clicks.

Hello:

Our company used to use OL 2000 with Exchange 2000 and has recently
starting to update client machines to OL 2003 with our Exchange 2003
server. We used to use an OL 2000 feature using a file called
TEAMCAL.HTM. It would allow a group setup for other employees
calendars. For example, I could create a group Programmers, specify the
item is calendar items, and then I could specify to add members to the
"team". In doing so, it would read the employees' Exchange calendars.
Once completed, there was a combined Team Calendar view, showing all
appoints in one view, as well as the ability to view each member's
calendar with one click of the mouse. In OL 2003, it seems you have to
do two clicks to view just one person's calendar -- one to turn on the
2nd employee's calendar, and one click to turn off the first employee's
calendar. I am wondering if there is a way to use this grouping option
with OL 2003's calendar option. Any help will be appreciated. Thank
you.
