I read all these assistance before but no one of them answer my
question or solve the problem.
it is 2 case should be:
- Resurce in conference room initials.
- If the user forget to put this option the conference room should
booked and appear in the calendar.
last thing the users know how to use outlook but some times they forget
to put the resource option for any reason.
