Default New Dell laptop but won't produce £ or € in Outlook Express
I've fiddled around with encoding settings and tried Western European &
ISO Windows but when I press shift & 3 for £, I get the # symbol, and
nothing at all on €.

Keys are fine when used in word/excel.

Any tips?
