Address Book

Maybe a stupid question but what is the difference between the
'Outlook Address Book' and 'Contacts' in Outlook 2003 ? Many thanks.
The Outlook Address Book is a service in your mail profile that will show
you all the electronic addresses for contacts contained in Contact folders
that have been enabled as address books. A Contact folder is where contact
records reside. If the folder has been enabled as an address book, then the
Outlook Address Book interface will show you all the contacts in that folder
that have electronic addresses.
