Previously when I sent emails, I got a reply receipt that the email either arrived at the destination, or delivery failed, then another when it was read.

I have sent emails to private addresses, MSN & Hotmail, all boxes are
checket to receive notification, but nothing happens.

I even went as far as uninstalling & reinstalling Office 2003 but to no
avail, still no reply.

Is there anything I can do short of reinstalling Windows
