Default missing information within contacts

You need to use #2, taking care to make sure that the outgoing message is in rich-text format and that the recipient address is marked for RTF. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sendform.htm

I am using outlook 2003 (11.2608.5606) setup to exchange 2003

i have test 2 ways for sending the contacts
1. sending vCard
-Select Contact
-Select Actions Forward as vCard (Note that i have configured mail as RTF)
2. fowarding contact *Note that when this option to send within our company
the contact retains all info.
-Select Contact
-Right click select forward contact

Please let me know if i am doing this incorrectly. thanks

I hope someone can help me with this issue. Thanks in advance

I am trying to email someone a "contact". However when they receive the
contact it is missing the following.
1. Missing 3 phone numbers out of 5 phone numbers
2. Missing entire notes section
3. Missing the 2nd and 3rd email address

I am using Outlook 2003 with exchange server 2003.
