Most people in my company can see the details of everyone else's calendar.

most responses deal with permissions. But if I understand correctly, my
permission settings have to do with if others can see my calendar. I am
dealing with the problem of not seeing others' calendars (even though
others can). We are using Exchange server (don't know the version) and
Outlook 2003 SP2.
