to deal with a particular issue. If this could all be done in the OE
framework, it would be easier.



Outlook lets you assign flag(s) to items for action in a specified
number of days by using a rule. Outlook Express is not Outlook (i.e.,
OE's rules are very simplistic and OE doesn't have the feature set of
Outlook).
