Default Time of email receipts

I'm sure you'll find that the date and time stamp is set by the sender's
computer. Thus if the email comes from this time zone, have a word with the
sender.

My computer is set to the correct time (in the system tray), but my
Outlook Express shows the time for receipt of emails (in the Received
column of the window) as exactly one hour earlier. How can I correct
the time in OE?

I have 2KPro, NOT XP.
Thanks,
Janet

Thanks for the help!
