calendar issue
have 1 public folder calendar that is used for scheduling multiple
people.
several users have access to calendar to setup appointments, 1 user
is to print out.
the calendar is devided into catagories, eg sales, demo, installation.
Each line item
in the calendar will be in several of the catagories.
1 user when she goes to print out the schedule select the items to be
printed,
however when she does a preview she gets entries from each of the
catagories.
Other users if they do this, do not get mulitple entries, they get only
the line from the
catagory they want.
I copied the account from some one who can work successfully, created a
new user w/
new outlook profile, but same behavior is present, I cannot seem to
find out the
what is difference between the two users, and do not want to damage the
user/outlook
profile of the user that is working okay
I have noticed 1 think, both sort by catagories, but the one that works
appears to also
sort by date, at least her calendar entries are sorted by date, when I
try to sort the first user
by catagories / date, I can get a sort either by catagories or by date.
any ideas ?
