We have a strange problem, with which I could do with your help.

When we recieve an email with attachment and try to open it, the dialogue
box asking if we want to open or save the document pops up but does not stay
active. It flashes extremely quickly as if another window in the background
has become active for a split second. This means we cannot actually choose
an option to open or save the attachment.

There does not seem to be a consistent pattern to this and even happens if
no other applications are running.

We can get around this simply by opening another pragram, then going back to
Outlook Express, but, as you can imagine, this gets quite annoying.

Has anybody had this problem befgore and come up with a fix?
