How do change the predefined field names in Outlook. Like User Field 1, User
Field 2, etc, to field names that everyone in my department will understand,
like "Employee #". If there is no way of changing some of the predefined
fields how can I include my user defined fields when I link Outlook to
Access? Presently when I link Outlook to my database my user defined fileds
are not included as well as some other predefined fields, such as e-mail 2,
that I would like to include. I'm trying to use Outlook contacts to store my
personnel information and then link it to Access for my tables and queries
that I need.
