I have different email accounts like yahoo, gmail...and my office email...so
I want to keep them seperate....

after killing it asked me once that if I want to open in Safe mode I said
Yes but still didnt open....rebooted the machine and now its working....but
I often get that problem when I close and wish to switch the profile

It could be that Outlook didn't close correctly (maybe due to an
add-in, PocketPC?) and hence is still running. Therefore it doesn't
ask about a profile.
