I'm trying to find out how to save a months worth of appointments to a text
file. I have a public calendar that is used to schedule engineers for custom
application code releases and fixes. I put this on an Outlook calendar and at
the end of a month I have 30 to 40 of these entries.

If I save only one of the calendar entries, I get the Subject, Location,
Start & End times and the text in the notes/comments field.

If I save more than a single calendar record, I get all the above except for
the notes/comment field. This is my problem. I need to get the notes field
saved in the file.

Any Ideas?
