Thanks Sue,
I appreciate the insight. Thru the website I saw some stuff I like to do
with Outlook in addition what I want to do now. I am wondering if your book
also covers Outlook 2002 beside 2003. Please let me know so I can buy the
book. I just don't see too many Outllook books smiliar to yours, mostly
they are covering the basics. Thank you again.

It's possible *if* you don't mind writing the code to push the data into
Access or buying a third-party tool to handle that. There is nothing built
in to do that for you. See

Hello,
I like to create a template in Microsoft Outlook 2002/2003 so the user can
populate the data and have it sent to an administrator and import the
information into Microsoft Access. Is this possible? My problem is the
administrator copy and paste the information from Outlook into Access,
which
can be time consuming process. I want to speed the process. Any tips or
website to visit will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
