What version of Outlook are you using?

At what seems like random times...some of my Outlook Tasks will loose
their text formatting. So that when I open a task, all of the bold
and colored text (that I use to help track a project) is all plain
text, attachments are moved around...and some text gets lost in the
process.

Anyone have any thoughts?
