Default Outlook 2003 will not save favorite folders, I've tried all I can think of
I've reinstalled outlook, so I know its not a matter of it closing
cleanly. I've rebooted inbetween and still no go. There is active
sync on the system, so I'll try to remove that and see if the favorite
folders still dont get saved.
