Have you tried using all the different emails you have to see if any
works? If not re-register again and make sure you remeber your
credentials. Just open a free hotmail account and this should be the
passport to heaven and earth on this planet! After all it is from Bill
Gates' company - the top man's company!! you can't go wrong!!
