Same as always, for this kind of problem. Delete the "Outbox.dbx"
folder, and delete the "Sent Items.dbx" folder. Do this while MSOE is
closed. Next time you open MSOE, it will re-build the folders.

Don't use these, or the other default MSOE folders to archive email.
They tend to be corrupted easily. Move email into user created folders
for storage.
