No, it's not possible.

Because we use Blackberries OTA, we can't exactly synch up with any
Public Folders.

Any suggestions would be great, even to say Outlook forms designer
could do the job ....

I don't have any suggestions. Perhaps there's a third-party tool that will
sync public folders.
