Current configuration has a little yellow folder entitled message, and then
next to it are the attachments. I can never open up the yellow folder, and
sometimes forget to look up there to see any/all attachments as might be
included. I guess on my part, it's how I'm used to seeing the format, thus
was wondering if it could be changed?

No, you can't. Why would you prefer that over the current implementation?

Having used Outlook 2000 for many years, and now using 2007, am wondering if
when there is an attachment to an e-mail, can it be displayed as a file on
the bottom of the message rather then up at the top near the address info?
