I'm running win2000 but applied all allowed patches to no avail.

ext.
(and assume a file with the .eml ext is just another email) he forwarded

me but I can't open it, it just does nothing when right-clicked to Open.
In
the exploror folder file association, the .eml file is selected to open
.eml
with MS internet mail message and so wondered what's going on?
