Default Restoring Standard Task Form in Outlook 2003

If I remember correctly, FormsAdmin only works with Outlook 2000. With
Outlook 2003, you need to remember to change the version number to 11 and
clear the entries out of the following registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\O utlook\Custom Forms

If this doesn't help, try clearing the Outlook forms cache. Sometimes it
gets corrupted. In Outlook, click Tools menu - Options - Other tab -
Advanced Options button - Custom Forms button - Manage Forms button. You
should now be at the "Forms Manager" dialog. Click the Clear Cache button.
Close or OK all the open dialogs.
