I went through the procedure of integrating the Outlook Express
Newsreader into Outlook 2003. However, when I click on "News," I get
a window showing files in a folder titled "1033." That's a subfolder
in MSMAPI, etc. Sometimes, "News" doesn't even appear in the Outlook
toolbar.

With the exception of setting up the desktop shortcut, I've been trying all
the techniques described, especially resetting the toolbar. For one thing,
the "Go" menu no longer presents "News" as an option, so I can't drag it
onto the toolbar. During those unpredictable times when "News" does show up
as a selection on the toolbar, it opens up into the "1033" subfolder. It's
almost like it's trying to find someplace to go but gets sidetracked.
