Default What's the biggest number of people I can email at one time?

Ask your email provider. It's their limit that makes a difference.

I sent a change of address message to perhaps 1000 people at one time, and
most came back saying "471 too many recipients". However, there is no
indication I can find of how many is *not* too many, ie. what is themaximum I
can email at any one time. (Unless it means I was 471 over the limit, but
asumed that was the error number!)

(Apologies if you have seen this message before. I do not know how to access
answers, and had not checked the "Notify me of replies" box. Sigh.)
