Default Accessing Public folders in 2003 or 2007

That is unfortunate. I have a lot of users who think they don't have access
to public folders, when it turns out they just aren't looking in the right
place. I realize it is user error, and I have told them where to look but
for the non-technical user it always has to be in plain site.
Is this because public folders are not commonly accessed or used by a lot of
companies?

That's not possible.

Seems to me that Microsoft made a nice one click option for every function
of outlook but the public folders. Is there a way to create an icon for that
as well. I know that public folder favorites show up in their respective
areas like Calendar or Contact public folders but what about the other
types. Just wondering if there is a way to create that one button icon for
Public folders. Otherwise I like that feature very much.
