Default Custom fields to sort by?

You can change the sort order in View | Arrange By | Current View | Customize Current View | Sort. Since there are four levels available, sort by First Name, Last Name, Company.

List them where?

In Outlook, under Contacts, Current View - Address cards.

I guess ideally it would be set as the default, but I can't work out how to
list my contacts by "First Last (Company)" instead of "Last, First
(Company)".

You're not talking about actual sorting are you, but about setting the default File As formula?

Hello, I'm now to Outlook 2003.
I want to sort my contacts by First Last (Company), but the only options
given a
• First Last
• Last, First
• Company
• Last, First (Company)
• Company (Last, First)
Is there a way to customise these?

Thanks,
Mark
