Default Newsreader into Outlook 2003

Because too many steps makes a simple problem seem very confusing or
difficult to solve? I knew exactly what was wrong because there is only one
thing that causes the 1033 folder to open and a simple paragraph is all that
is needed to fix it. (and it's just two words "go news" on my end - thanks
to activewords. I should start including the link to my FAQ page but it has
the exact same text on it. )
