why am I being asked to reinstall ?
Hi,
Can you go under Control Panel Add/Remove Programs and re-check if you have
multiple versions of Office installed...Remove any other versions(Trial
version) and make sure we have only one installation of Office/Outlook.
Also, try running this step-
Start Run msiexec /unregister
STart Run msiexec /regserver
Try restarting Outlook and let me know if you still have the Windows
installer issue.
