Default How to activate Icalendar for Outlook 2003

Hi,

I would like to activated the support of iCalendar in Outlook 2003.
As i've read in online help, and many websites, i have to go to :
Tools menu Options Calendar check "...use iCalendar format"

I would like do this, but the checkbox is disabled !

How can i Enable the checkbox and Activate the iCalendar format ?
