Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. A program error occurred. Quit Outlook and
Microsoft Windows and then start again.


this is the exact error message. when I am in explorer and I try to right
click on a file to send to mail recipient.

same thing in adobe acrobat 6, same error message

same thing when in ms word, 2003 and tried to send to mail recipient as
attachment.
