Is there some reason why the "add to address book" or "add to contact list"
would not appear when I open an email message and right click on the sender
name?

Related to this (I think) ... if I hit reply and try to send a message back,
it can't resolve the address of the sender, i.e., the email address is not
automatically determined.

FYI ... I'm a new user migrating from Outlook Express.
