This patch addresses some of the issues that were caused by KB911567.

Address Book problems.
Unsent templates appearing as sent.
Manually compacting will now reset the registry counter to Zero in
WinXP/SP2.

This dialog box come up when I close OE to do something else . . This
computer is over 2 years old and this compacting message use to come up
occasionally which is understandable but in the past few weeks its
happening alot
If I click no to compacting more than about 6 times ............. The
send /receive icon wont work and have to re boot . Its being a pesky
machine !
