Hello. You assistance in these matters is appreciated.
OS: Windows ME, Outlook Express 6.

When we sign onto OE and switch to any of our 5 identities, either
immediately after the identity swiched or more often when the first email is
accessed.

OE crashes with the a window that reads: "Msimn has caused an error in
URLMON.DLL. Msimn will now close. If you continue to experience problems,
try restarting your computer."

Rebooting computer does not resolve the crashes.
