When we sign onto OE and switch to any of our 5 identities, either
immediately after the identity swiched or more often when the first email
is
accessed.

OE crashes with the a window that reads: "Msimn has caused an error in
URLMON.DLL. Msimn will now close. If you continue to experience
problems,
try restarting your computer."

Rebooting computer does not resolve the crashes.

Have you by any chance repaired or reinstalled WinMe since installing IE6?
